For Curbside Car Drop-Off CALL to place your order and we will bring it directly out to your car in front of Prima. Easy-Convenient-Quick. For Dine-In, we have opted to continue offering reservations going forward. We will also hold back several tables to accommodate walk-in guests.

Our Restaurant
The menu is rustic Italian cuisine that features pasta, salads, meat and fresh seafood items. Daily Specials, a Children’s Menu, House made Desserts, Carry-Out and Catering menus are also available. Our entire menu is “made in-house” from the highest quality ingredients, locally sourced or grown on our own family farm in Waconia, MN, whenever possible. Prima’s decor has soft, varnished/beeswax textured walls, high ceilings, deep-colored fabrics and Picasso-styled artwork set in antique frames. Prima offers table and chair or banquette seating and has an open kitchen. Sidewalk Cafe seating during the warmer months adds 20 seats. A wine list of reasonably-priced Italian, American and World wines is available by the glass or bottle. Bottled beer is also available.
About Us
Our Farm
35 miles West of Prima, we own, operate and live on our Family Farm. Here we raise chickens, harvest eggs, ride our cutting horses and grow some of the finest foods just for you! During growing season, usually April thru October, we take great pride in producing some of the tastiest greens, herbs, vegetables, tomatoes and honey that only nature can provide.

We want to start by saying, we’re life long restaurant people. My husband, our Chef, was born and raised in New York. He went to culinary school at Johnson-Wales. During the 1980’s he worked for some of the best Chefs in Manhattan.
